Consent - we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

The length of time we will retain personal information will depend on what it is used for. 

Providing you with services 

We will keep your personal information for one year from the completion of a service. 

If you contact us requesting a service and then decide that you do not require that service, all your personal information will be immediately deleted. 

Meeting legal obligations 

We are required by HMRC to keep invoices for 6 years. 

How to complain
